Ningxia Textile Industry Industry Ascendant Fashion Art Festival Bridge

Members of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Party Committee, including Zhang Yi, and Wang Zhengwei, the regional leader, welcomed Du Yuzhou, President of the China National Textile and Apparel Association, Ke Siting, Ambassador of the Embassy of Iceland in China, and Karel from the International Association of Cashmere Camel Manufacturers, during a meeting in Yinchuan. These distinguished guests are attending the 2nd China West (Yinchuan) Clothing & Accessories Festival and the 3rd China (Ningxia) International Cashmere Fair, which have attracted significant attention both domestically and internationally.

Zhang Yi warmly greeted all the visitors and expressed his appreciation for their participation in the event. He highlighted that the textile and garment industry in Ningxia has become a vital pillar of the region's economy, gaining recognition and influence at home and abroad. The Autonomous Region has strategically included the Costume Art Festival and the Cashmere Fair among its six major annual events. Zhang emphasized the government’s commitment to ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all attendees, aiming to create a pleasant environment for both exhibitors and guests. He also extended an invitation for everyone to explore Ningxia’s rich culture and natural beauty, while encouraging domestic and international textile companies to consider investing in the region, fostering collaboration and mutual growth.

Du Yuzhou praised the strong development momentum of Ningxia’s textile industry and commended the efforts of the local party committee and government in promoting industrial growth and cultural advancement in the clothing sector. He believed that this festival would serve as a key platform for enhancing cooperation and exchanges between Ningxia and its domestic and international partners. It will help strengthen the textile industry chain, establish a robust trade network, and open new opportunities for the global exposure of Ningxia’s textile and garment sector.
