Peng Tao, a fine arts teacher at Qishen Sunshine School in Huaibei City, Anhui Province, has dedicated over a month to crafting more than 500 paper-cut pieces for the “Qiutu†project. These vibrant and expressive works have become a favorite among the students with hearing impairments and intellectual disabilities who attend the school.
