Towels are often contaminated with human secretions, many of which are pathogenic microorganisms such as Chlamydia trachomatis, Staphylococcus aureus, gonococcal and mold, and therefore, disinfection is advocated every week. There are several disinfection methods:
â— Cooking and disinfection method. The towel should be boiled in boiling water for about 10 minutes, then washed with soapy water and dried to be used.
â— Microwave disinfection method. Wash the towel clean, fold it and put it in the microwave oven. It can be used for 5 minutes to achieve the purpose of disinfection;
â— High pressure steam sterilization method. Put the towel into the pressure cooker and heat it for about 30 minutes to kill most microorganisms;
â— Chemical disinfectant disinfection method. The disinfectant can be diluted 200 times with a cleaning disinfectant and the towel is immersed in the solution for 15 minutes.
Above, then take out the towel and rinse it with water, remove the residual disinfectant, and dry it, then use it again with confidence.
